Hosting and separation

Is Emerge.ai priced per seat?
No. Plans are shared monthly consumption plans: one price for the team, with a shared usage pool.
How many users does each plan support?
Business is designed for up to 25 users, Business Pro for 25–50, and Business Max for 50–250.
What happens if we hit the limit?
You can continue on Emerge Fast & Free where your plan includes it, use local models at zero tokens, wait for the reset, or add prepaid Emerge Tokens, which never expire.
Can we switch plans?
Yes, anytime. On the web, open Settings → Plan and Billing. You see what is due before you confirm.
Are plans billed monthly?
Yes. Plans are priced per month.
