How much does Emerge.ai cost?
Free is $0. Individual is $9, Individual Pro is $20, and Individual Max is $100 a month. Business is $250, Business Pro is $500, and Business Max is $2,500 a month. Enterprise is custom.
Are plans priced per seat?
Emerge.ai plans are shared monthly consumption plans, not per-seat licenses.
How many users does each plan support?
Individual plans are for one person. Business is designed for up to 25 users, Business Pro for 25–50, and Business Max for 50–250. Enterprise is for 250+.
How many tokens and cloud workspaces are on each plan?
Free: Daily limits, 1 cloud workspace. Individual: 2M tokens, 1 cloud workspace. Individual Pro: 6M tokens, 2 cloud workspaces. Individual Max: 30M tokens, 5 cloud workspaces. Business: 35M tokens, 3 cloud workspaces. Business Pro: 75M tokens, 5 cloud workspaces. Business Max: unlimited tokens, 10 cloud workspaces.
What is Lockdown Mode?
When Lockdown Mode is on, Emerge.ai uses only Emerge servers and privately hosted models. It is included on every paid plan, and not on Free. Owners and administrators can turn Lockdown Mode on for a Cloud, and each change is recorded with who made it and when.
Does Emerge.ai train on my data?
On Emerge private hosting, Emerge.ai does not train models on your data. If you choose a public AI model, that provider's terms apply. Your chats stay until you delete them, and deletion is permanent.
Where is Emerge.ai hosted?
Emerge.ai is hosted in the United States. Clouds stay separate from each other. Content moves between Clouds only when someone deliberately moves it.
Which tools can I connect?
Gmail, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Google Calendar, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Emerge Drive come with every plan.
Where can I use Emerge.ai?
Web, iPhone, iPad, and Android.
Do local models use plan tokens?
Local models run on your device, use zero plan tokens, and keep working offline on mobile.
What happens when I reach my usage limit?
Emerge.ai lets you know the moment you reach a limit. You can keep chatting on a local model at zero tokens, wait for the reset, or add prepaid Emerge Tokens. Plans that include Emerge Fast & Free keep the chat going on that model.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. On the web, open Settings → Plan and Billing. You see what is due before you confirm. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, change or cancel there.
Who can sign up?
Emerge.ai is for adults 18 and over.
